I was attended by Matlakala Mothoa when I called to cancel two of my contracts which are due for renewal / cancellation at end March.

Her attitude and general friendly, confident, knowledgeable approach to my situation was better than expected. She is better than the general high calibre I have always experienced in all departments at Vodacom.
