I have a fast speed connection with Telkom and Mweb, but I feel like i have a slow speed. Mweb has double checked and double checked and keep asking me to contact TELKOM to do a port recreate.
It is impossible to get through to the Call Centre. I have tried at different times of the day. Tonight I stayed on for 45 minutes in the queue to no avail. This is crazy!
What do I do to get through to TELKOM???
