We have taken on a new contract with telkom business and have asked for my number to be ported as well.
it took more than two weeks to get this done, with numerous calls as well. thereafter my internet option never worked and yet again it took time and more calls and emails to get help. to date it does not work. I was so unhappy with the service that I wish to return the device! but I was told i cant. today I was told to buy a new sim? why should I go through all of this? the service offered is so poor and disappointing! my internet still does not work.
