Great, efficient service

I needed to get travel insurance for my brother and myself. Since I used my ABSA card I sent an email to the provider who I got the insurance from time I travelled abroad (last year).
I was called first thing this morning (I sent the email last night).
Things were sorted out quickly.
Sello Lewela was polite, efficient, knew his product and wasn't pushy at all in how he sold the insurance.
I received email proof of the insurance almost immediately and he even went the extra mile to call me to check that I it was all good (which was a few minutes after I sent an email question about the product).
I received similar excellent service when I bought insurance last year and it's great to get a repeat of that (the guy who helped me last year is called Randall Sayers).
Keep it up :)
