After 5 calls (some dropped on their side) and 9h35 we can only get started to go on the Internet and e-mail our clients.
The best is that I even supply my cell phone number that they phone me back if the phone cut off again...
Complaint:
1 Not phoning me back
2 Not resolving issue that my entire company is at standstill because the server is not properly working
Must say I am disappointed
