A few days ago I DISCOVERED something very disturbing. I've requested a credit report from one of the leading credit bureau's, where i discovered a default order loaded on my profile.

I'm very disappointed in process that was followed. I never spoke to legal department to make any arrangement. So there was no agreement in place. I did not receive any correspondence, no letters of demand. I feel I was not treated unfairly in that regard. I feel i was never given the opportunity to prevent this from happening.

The first time i've learn ed of the treat was when someone visited workplace, demanding my signature and treat hen me with judgement. I was not happy with the amounts, therefore rejected his request. I immediately called the legal representative (Burnard, Raaff & Associates), requesting detailed breakdown of amount. I' ve requested for details to be emailed, of which i did not receive.

I than decided to settle account to clear my name. Got settlement amount paid it in full, off which i was not happy with- breakdown include billing for My meg 500 off which i do not get. But now i'm unable to upgrade and is stuck with dafault for two years.
