NO FEEDBACK-EVEN AFTER 2 HELLOPETER COMPLAINTS

NO FEEDBACK!!!
We have been in contact (telephonically and per e-mail) with Transunion (Customer care as well as LEGAL), but up to date we haven't receive any joyful feedback from Transunion and just been promised that they are dealing with the matter and it will be cleared up.

Our clients mrs SS Greyling- 6603070104083 and GPV (Gideon) Greyling 6411205016085 has been unlawfully listed by LANDSCAPE THATCHES (Pine) (Maris IT Credit) (LAND1111) for R200 000 DEFAULT.
This listing was incorrect and unlawfully. There were no judgement or indebtedness against any of our clients. Legal process started and was ended without judgement against our clients or any indication that they were in default of any kind. The matter was dealt with and settled.

We've requested that this entry / listing being removed from our clients's credit record. Up to date only the record of mrs SS Greyling has been corrected, but the default is still showing on mr G Greyling's credit profile.

Due to this unlawful and unreasonable listing our client being unfairly prejudice, his credit status being affected negatively and he is suffering some damages due thereto.
