Cell is one year old. Logged many faults regarding cell switching off in middle of night and having to take battery out to restart. Messages take 4 hours to come through and RVN's from bank cannot be received. Missed calls take 4 hrs to show on phone especially from alarm company.
cell went in for repairs in October last year. Came back with same problem. More logged coplaints.
Cell is linked to my alarm and they cannot get hold of me when the security is breached. This costs me money with the insurance company who will not pay out if alarm is not connected to me.
Cell is linked to my internet banking and my security is breached when RVN's are somewhere in the system.
Cell is used for retired people who need it for medical emergencies.
We want a reliable phone, after all we are paying for it in the contract.
Phone should be replaced by Samsung supplier as it is faulty.
I should have had a replacement phone offered to me.
