Tried to purchase necklace and did not make the cut of time
I then requested a refund I gave my banking details on the 02/10/2013 08:19
They informed me refund will be done 7 - 10 work days ()
Phoned today 16/10/2013 (11th day) and was informed refund was done on the 09/10/2013
But alas!!! There was a problem IT DID NOT go trough
So I phoned today they never followed up on it ()
So they processed it know, know I have to wait another 3-5 working days
?
Will I be able to claim lost interest on this amount ()
