3 WEEKS WITH NO PHONE LINE

MY PHONE LINE IS NOT WORKING FOR THE PAST 3 WEEKS.

I LOGGED THE FIRST COMPLAINT 28 JANUARY 2013 WITH REFERNCE NUMBER 927CRZ280113 WAS CLOSED WITHOUT THE FAULT BEING FIXED

SECOND FAULT LOGGED ON THE 4 FEBRUARY 2013 AND WAS CLOSED AGAIN WITH THE FAULT NOT REPAIRED.
i MUST NOW PAY FOR SERVICE FEES WITHOUT THE SERVICE
