Incorrect Credit Rating Week 3

It is now 3 weeks since the first default response sent from Cell C that they will URGENTLY respond to my query. I received 2 calls in the mean time, but still there is no propper response from Cell C.
Cell C, please call me on 082 966 2827 to update me on the vetting department progress.
If you are only going to send me the default "sorry for the inconvenience" response, PLEASE dont bother.
