Its been 3 weeks of complaining every time with a promise of a call back after the same lame response is posted on Hello Peter by Cell C. Im still awaiting my refund. Im still awaiting a call back from the Billing Department. Im still awaiting a call back from the CEO's office. Im horrified with Cell C. The next step is the newspapers and the Consumer Board. Dont even bother sending your computer-generated response to this Cell C.
