I previously had a run in with a crowd that calls themselves 'Zuma Mobile'. At that stage I made it clear to MTN that they have no authority to transact with any third party on my behalf nor act on any supposed instructions from me to pay any monies to a third party on my behalf. I want to explicitly reiterate that this instruction stands and that I will not be held liable for any such debits on my cellular telephone account with MTN. I am appalled that you even have a business relationship with this company! I am currently receiving spam sms's from them again. I have been unsuccessful to to stop these people sending me their spam and I would like for you to either put a stop to this or if you are not able to, let us cancel the agreement between myself and MTN.
