On the 2nd Jan 2013 I called and requested the cancellation of a phone. Irrespective of my call the phone was delivered to me. It took two weeks for the phone to be collected and an amount of R303.99 was deducted from my account. I requested that the contract be cancelled a sum of R264 was debited from my account.
