I hate getting calls from private numbers. Especially when its a telemarketer to ruin my day. But today was by far the worst experience I've had. Firstly Kelly couldn't even get my name right - she shouldn't be trying to say my name if she can barely speak english properly. But then for her to carry on pushing my when i declined to speak to her is rude. When i eventually stopped her and told her i wasn't interested as i have an MTN contract she just hung up on me! She really shouldn't be in CUSTOMER SERVICE.
