Poor service and feedback

I took my cellphone (Blackberry) which is in warrranty, on the 12-07-2013 to MTN Cresta. The phone works but at times just switches off and restarts on its own & also freezes. After waiting for a couple minutes Obakeng then assisted. I was told that the phone will have to be sent in to be repaired and that it will take 7 to 10 working days, its 11 days.
I went to the branch today, a lady took my receipt to check if my phone was there, Obakeng then came out and told me he needs to check as the "back" systems are apparently slow. He then told me as per the system the phone was assigned & according to them the phone is water damaged (water damaged how exactly when it was never dropped in water nor was any "liquid" dropped on the phone), I find that very strange. Obakeng couldn't confirm that the phone was actually "liquid damaged" as the tech still needs to confirm (after 11 days still no conclusion, just an assumption).20 mins for this. It's pathetic service, I would like proper feedback regarding when my phone will be repaired or given back to me. Extremely disappointed with this since I have been a loyal MtN client for years, its time to change service providers.
