Closed account, still getting billed

Opened a contract with nashua mobile in 2010, 8520 BB for R206pm.
June of 2012 I decided to get a new phone with MTN. Stopped using BB ever since.
October of 2012 I call in to find out how to close acc for November when it would end.
Sent off form with no response.
December 2012 I got sent a statement and billed. Called in and there was no record of my mail.
They advised it would be closed but could not get a refund without proof.
January 2013 recevied statement and billed. complanied via Hello Peter, was called back and assured acc is closed and funds will be refunded.
Last week Friday I was again assured I will not get billed and funds would be in my acc this monday.
Not only was there no funds but I received another bill for Feb and acc was debited once more.
I have mailed close to 10 diiferent people countless times, spent more in phone calls with airtime going through the roof. Not to mention the stress of it all.
If this is not sorted with all my funds returned including December I am going to go the legal and media way which is within my right.
