I have now written quite a few times and as promised by Cell C, I was to be contacted by the above person in order to resolve my problem, but to date, I still await a telephone call.
Please help as this issue of mine is now dragging on and on, my telephone is barred and I keep getting messages to say that I still owe CELL C. Yes, I owe them only for the calls and the messages that I have made,
but not for the downloading of applications and internet usage that has been happening behind the scenes. The December refund should be given to me and not used to pay for the part of the January Bill which is exactly the same problem as the Decembers. Cell C advertises so widely about their services, but right now
for me, their services are non-existent. Please, please, please have someone reliable sort out this problem for me immediately.
