I am utterly disgusted with the service from MTN Woodmead, while the staff are friendly, they lack service knowledge and communication skills, they literally cannot return a call.
How is it possible for a sim sway to take 5 days and on one can assist, the only response is a ticket has been lodged. I have never been exposed to such pathetic service; the area manager is almost nonexistent, who can only communicate through staff that a ticket has been lodged.
In this day and age when other service providers are hungry for business MTN needs to change their approach or face loss of market share.
