I received the worst service ever!
I called yesterday (06/10/2021) to ask about the booking procedures, the lady that answered my call told me that bookings are made a day or 2 before, I told her that I want to book for Friday (08/10/2021) and she reassured me that I can book a day prior.
I called today (07/10/2021) and another lady answered my call, worse part is that she did not even greet me. She told me that bookings are not made a day before visitation and are actually made 3 days before (which is different to what I was told yesterday) then she refused to help me book for horse riding.

I am angry because I have been misled, all the money I put for petrol to come for horse riding are ruined - I even told a day leave at work! I was not given proper service
