I bought a Groupon Voucher for a Horse Riding Adventure with a picnic in Cullinan.By booking was for 08H30 on 23 November 2011. First Sybrand (owner) do not reply to your e-mails don't answer the phone. Eventually I got to confirm my booking for 08h30 but was instructed to be there at 08h00 still nobody confirmed any details about the picnic. I arrived at 08h00 at some kind of stables that was so dirty rubbish was lying around. There was no person in sight no office building not any bathrooms absolutely nothing. I phoned to confirm my arrival and was told somebody will be there shortly. I had to sit under a tree and wait with no refreshments or a tap to drink water just nothing. At 08h30 my husband phoned again and this time Sybrand answered and in a very rude manner told my husband we have to wait till 10h00 for our new citizens of South Africa because they do not know how to read time, and if we were not happy we should leave. After this phone call we left very upset. I want my money back for the voucher and fuel with toll gate. What kind of place is this. They advertise this great relaxing time in nature away from the city. This was the worst experience a waste of money & time
