When contacted to join up with Go Glam, I was promised a range of treatments ltd to 5p/m at a rate which they did not mention was excl. vat until it came time to pay. Since joining I've had issues EVERY time I've tried to book. 1st they did not inform me that bookings could only be made through them and not the spa. When I tried to book, none of their numbers were active and I had to call back and forth to the spa to try and get a valid number. It was over Dec & I had planned on providing spa treatments as gifts, and was told I would be charged if I booked directly with the spa. 1st month payment for my treatments- gone. I then tried to book again for myself & husband, after booking with Go Glam, I luckily called the spa on that morning to confirm my booking, and NO booking was made! I was left calling Go Glam & the Spa for nearly an hour, during which time no-one accepted responsibility & 5 mins before my appointment was due to start, I was told I can now come through.By then it was too late as they did not even consider how far I had to travel.
