I bought my 4 noble prize winner coins from the Scoin shop in Canel Walk in the Western Cape in 2012 and was told that the safe keeping of my coins will be free to my surprise on 2020 am told that I owe Scoin for the safe keeping of my coins which was not the initial agreement. I was forced to pay them as they would not release my coins without payment. All the required documents were sent to Siobhan Coleman, Esmeralda De Koker the Safegold Customer Service Representative and copied 'Nathaniel Stanley' [email protected] don't know what his occupation, on the 9th of May 2021 and was told that they will courier my coins to me and till today the 24th June 2021 I have not received my coins and when I followed up with them on the 9th of June 2021 Esmeralda De Koker emailed me back stating that "The release department will be in contact with me as soon as possible regarding this process and finalization". Today is the 24th June 2021 and no one from Scoin Safegold has contacted me. I paid over R 40 000 for these 4 coins.
