We went to iBurst shop in Melvyn shopping centre to apply for internet contact, in December. It took them 2 weeks to confirm that the account is active. They confirmed that there will be debit order for the first payment within 48 hours of the contract activation. The debit order took 1 week to go off, and still we don't have internet. We sent 2 emails to their helpdesk, but no response. Called the call centre 3 times, and there was no answer. Called the store all that they say is the account is active. To me, this is the worst service ever and extremely pathetic. All I would like to have is internet. But I don't think I will even get a response. This is very bad as they have taken their money already. I will not promote their product..
