Faulty repair and lost/Misplaced phone in store

My problem is 2fold.
1. my phone was initially booked in for touchscreen issues in Aug 2012. Those were resolved in less than a month. However it developed display issues and a lag in memory. I sent it back for repairs on 20 Dec 2012. I was again old it would it would be back within 7 days. I decided to go only after the seven days had passed and was made to understand that festive was causing a backlog. understandable i thought. After visiting the branch a number of times I was told to wait for a call to fetch the phone when it became ready. It has since been over a month. I went back to the shop yesterday to be told the phone had been dispatched on the 10th of Jan. It had however been 'misplaced' between the two branches of heidelbyrg and nigel. I was told come back again this afternoon after the owner had come for the to resolve the issue. I found out today that not only was it dispatched but it was received as well by the shop on the 14th of January by nosiphiwo, the same person who told me she could not find it and wait for the owner. She has since gone on leave. Might I add that this has been a sizeable inconvenince monetarily by commuting to the shop.
