Pathetic Business Practice

Please explain why I should be penalized if I CHOOSE to do my upgrade within a store, as your call centre agents are as knowledgeable of your products as peach pips? Does delivery and a call centre agent not cost anything @ Vodacom? Or am I carrying the cost of a convenience for others as with everything else in this country??? Then I am required to pay for a SIM swap as well. How would I have been expected to use the upgraded device without a micro-SIM? I then also tried to purchase a PAY-AS-YOU-GO SIM and was required to bring Proof of residence - you have done all the checks and have all my details just short of my DNA-why could you not use those details? You guys act like the security guard @ a store door who signs a receipt but actually checks nothing. Has anyone taken a look @ this service - DOES ANYONE CARE? Your service offering is pathetic and your business proposition needs to be revisited. Loyal customers are being ripped off and taken for a ride! I don't care to hear the 'franchise' explanation as you ALL fall under the VODACOM umbrella!
