Extremely disappointed & agitated with bad service

Two months ago I started receiving smses from Intec notifying me that my account was apparently in arreas and that immediate payment is required to avoid bad listings. This was rather surprising as I had paid up my account and all relevant fees in full at the end of February 2013.

I was then overcharged for examination fees above the reported registration amount. After calling the accounts department several times and dealing with incompetent and rude staff time after time, it came down to the waiting game for the exams department to rectify and reverse charges; which has still not been rectified to date as I am still receiving smses and statements for money owed on my account when in fact this was supposed to be reversed.

To add insult to injury, Intec had reported my credit record and marked my account as overdue for several months. I have had enough and will now take the matter under legal advisement at Intec's every expense. I am sick and tierd of dealing with utter incompetence of which one would expect better service from an Education Institution.

Completely pathetic service.
