My phone went in for repairs on 2 July 2013. After continuously writing reports on Hellopeter and continuously calling Cell C I am still left without a phone and without any real feedback. I am utterly disgusted with the treatment, attitude of staff, incompetence and the blatant of staff. I will make this experience the knowledge of everyone that I know so that they will never make the same mistake that I did and change over to Cell C. I am also going to contact my local newspaper to inform them of this situation. But most of all within this week I am going to report this matter to ICASA and the DTI. Cell C has abused my writes as a customer and this is unacceptable. It appears that every single person I have spoken to was unable to help me or has spoken a lot of to me. I have spent so much of my time on the phone with Cell C, time that I will never be compensated for. This has actually been the worst experience I have ever had with any service provider. Pathetic service.
