Since the beginning of the week callers trying to reach me are mostly getting the "Subscriber Not Available" message when they try to reach me despite the fact that I am not on a call.
Have tried another phone, same problem exists
Cell C Support is seriously lacking in capability and ability to resolve, preferring to pass the buck and
blame it on a non existing "call baring" issue on the hardware. Yet they won't even bother to try and call the number and see for themselves.
Truly boggles the mind how Cell C believes it can handle customer issues. Maybe they simply don't care any more? Sad to see this attitude from what I once thought was a great company.
