FAILURE TO DELIVER ON PROMISES

We moved over to Centracom in October 2013 with the promise that our telephone bills will be cut from R3000 to R2000 or even less. Although we seem to be saving on telephone calls we are paying MORE at the end of the day due to having to pay Telkom for the ADSL line Subscriptions and Centracom for the calls and subscriptions. We are paying anything from R100 - R500 more every month then we we did when we were at Telkom.
Centracom seems unable to explain as to why we are paying more and when we tried to speak to a manager regarding this our call was passed from one person to the next and the agents refusing to transfer us to a Manager.
We are very upset as to the way that Centracom treats its clients and wish to cancel the contract.
