Our VOiP service has been taken over by Centracom in April of 2013. Since the take-over, I have been asking for official documentation confirming the contract with Centracom. I have had numerous billing errors, and telephone calls made by us charged for by TELKOM, which should not happen as we have a VOiP which uses internet for calls - these call charges just do not get credited, and the technical problem causing the Telkom call charges does not get fixed.
I have never once had any complaint serviced after lodging the complaint (sometimes to very senior staff) without having to make follow-up calls and sending enquiring e-mails. The Field Manager and Financial Director with whom I am dealing just does not respond to queries without follow-ups from me.
I have never in my life had such poor service from any company ever - totally useless!
