I need a report from inception of my data contract, 23 May 2012, on the amount of data used per month. I phoned data department, who advised me to call accounts, and accounts said I should get the info from data department.

I've added 1Gb data package on my mobile number, but since 1 Feb, when checking balances, it only reflects the 250MB. I phoned the call centre, and they confirmed the 1 Gb package is active. I need confirmation of this in writing.
