Very poor service

Een trying to get telkom to fix or landline since beginning of this month.i have called them daily from my cell phone and to get the same answer[someone will come soon]its now the second time since end of december that also took them -! working days to fix.my granmother thats 93 is depedand on that line.for the simple reason she cant use a cell phone.please help
