MTN HAS BLACKLISTED IN ERROR

In September 2011 i paid 3 months contract fees to MTN after i had cancelled my contract on expiry date July 2011, due to staff incompetance i was told that if i didnt pay they would blacklist me. I paid it even though i never received that 3months airtime or service as they had blocked my sim. MTN then generated an invoice in error in December 2011 and i never received any notice of this. MTN then blacklisted me August 2012. I didnt know until I tried to apply for a loan and was declined. MTN legal department said they would correct this error on their behalf. however, when i called ITC they say MTN state i have paid my outstanding balance! and that MTN has not requested the removal of this black listing. further more i have never received so much as an apology from MTN and when i called their legal department, Gemini shouted at me. when i asked her why she is shouting at me she said "you not listening to me!!! " more shouting. so now im blacklisted, my credit rating is in the gutter, basically my life must just stand still because MTN has made an error that they dont feel to correct.
