Telkom blacklisted me without notice

Cancelled my service with Telkom early in the year. Payed the account I recieved from them in full. Never recieved anything from them again till May 2013. They said I owed them R558.40. I payed them the full amount on 22 May 2013. Recieved an Invoice from them on 4 June 2013 that my account is fully paid. Invoice nr 306A1002984H. Later in June I applied for a loan, just to discover that I have been blacklisted for the R558.40 that I payed Telkom. No lawyer contacted me, Telkom did not contact me, just this surprize that I am blacklisted for something I already payed. Today 16 July 2013 I again did a credit check and I am still on the Blacklist.

Telkom, this is not fair. I got no letters of demand or any correspodation from your legal department, how can you blacklist me? Please fix this and get me off the blacklist.
