I am making contact on social media as contacting your call centres is pointless.
Its been roughly 2 months of dealing with your staff trying to have my upgrade processed and then a to have the device replaced due to OBF. Now finally they managed to collect the device after a month of fighting trying to prove that I did indeed report the issue in the specified time frame.
No surprise that now after 2 weeks I still have not had my phone replaced nor have I had feedback even after making contact over and over.
