My husband and I opened an account 4 years ago with MTN and a few months later we went into the store to close the account because of poor delievery. This years january 2014 they called my husband to say that he is in arrears and that he must pay or they will takeit further and in shock he agreed, after the phone call he thought but why after 4 years??? His number has been the same since they could of called him within the first year! Is this how MTN works? then we call the lawyers where MTN transfered our account to and they can't answer nothing I ask and all they say is he agreed to pay! This is nonsence! Now his name will be draged becaude of poor service!
