I applied for a contract 4 weeks ago and the application was approved on the same day, a day after it was approved a subscription of R279 was deducted from my account, till now I haven't received the device.
Last week I called 3 times and I asked one of your employees what was the issue, when he looked at my profile he said it was cancelled, when I asked why he didn't know and I asked myself what kind of a system doesn't have a reason for cancellation. He promised to get back to me and I'm still waiting.
This shows how incompetent you guys are, and I can't take this anymore. All I'm asking now if you cannot deliver the Ipad please pay back my subscription money and I'll look for another service provider.
