UNISA - no call centre = no response!

I've registered for my year course (last subjects before finishing my diploma) on the 12th of December, with a confirmation email that it was received and will take 2 weeks to process. I will check the status update on a regular basis, but it will stay on "being processed". In January I sent numerous emails with regards to my application as I need the course material and need to start ASAP. I am still waiting for a reply on that email! I phoned the educare number, phone will ring and then cute-off. Every few weeks I will send and email and try to phone the number again. It is now exam time for the first semester and I am still waiting just to get a simple email from someone to tell me what the happened with my application. UNISA decided to take away the call center and only use email communication, but the and can't even send ONE email in reply in a 5 month period??? It seems that they are making to much money and their old students don't matter any more!!!
