Unsatisfied with after sale service

On the 8th of November I upgraded my contract from MTN 100 TOPUP to MTN ANYTIME 200. The promotion include an extra 150MB internet bundle (bonus) On 14November my account was credited with only the 200MB internet bundle... I went to the branch in Centurion and Melissa made a phone call and apparently they did not receive the upgrade addendum and I can fax it through. Melissa gave me the faxnr and ref nr. After numerous enquiries and 4 call referance nrs I am still waiting for a positive outcome. My debit order already went through for payment of the new contract. My last enquiry was the 29th of November and Bongi assured me that everything will be sorted in 24 hours, I am still waiting!!!
