I have reported this problem to Telkom Call Centre and their offices in Fourways for two years but to no avail. I am paying for a 2 Meg line but can only run at 512 Mbs. The area has been upgraded with fibre-optic lines but I am told that certain equipment has not been available to complete the upgrade. I am losing a lot of time and money because of the poor download and upload speeds as well as the intermittent up time.
