We as a Business have a ECN system installed on our Capetown site. Don't get me wrong it is a good system but as soon as some thing go wrong thy come out and blame every one else except them self s. my first problem got resolved after a year of fighting sending proof and still thy stated thy were not to blame. Now here is the new problem. We reported that we have no communication (telephone) in or out from the site. So ECN thy will look in to it. Keep in mind the ADSL that the system is running on is not one from our Business. So thy asked telkom to come and look at the line and telkom say it is not a problem on the line but it is a problem on the ISP side. With no Feed back from ECN we sitting in the dark not noing whats going on getting the run around from them.
