Trying to get hold of Gerald is a nightmare, apparently he is the only one that can help me to cancel my contract, I spend a hour every day trying to get hold of him and they cant give me a manager or an alternate person to assist. Because of this other things are on hold, which i think it is unfair. i refuse to pay a cancellation fee as I feel MTN has waisted my time and airtime, and would like my contract to be cancelled immediatly, I have contacte teh ombud to state my case, maybe Gerald will answer his calls.
