Angry with cell c

I recently found out that I have been handed over to lawyers regarding a contract with cell c, I have never had a contract with them ever and now I owe money on a contract I never took I have asked countless times for proof of contract and where I have supposedly signed and never get a responce I am beyond angry and want this dealt with immediately
