So here is my story, last year i had a 4mb line. they the cables and its was replaced with underground cables. no the problem starts line is noise, 4mb line unstable. logged calls they close it. logged calls they close it. they dispatched a tech and ever sins he worked on the line there are no more 4mb, but only 2mb and nobody notified me and i'm paying for 4mb. but left it there. logged calls they just close it. my Line Attenuation is to high and the SNR margin to low and i dont have 4mb anymore and nobody is doing anything from their side to fix it and i'm tired logging calls. Even a Telkom Supervisor told me they will keep closing my calls if i keep logging them and they just close it saying it's resolved and then nobody did jack . fix problem.
