Does anyone actually work at Telkom?
I have tried to speak to a consultant at the Residential Call Centre (10210) for the last four days now with absolutely no success.
To add insult to injury, the call simply disconnects after seven minutes. All I want to do is add a Call Forwarding service to my existing land-line. That's all. Why such a simple task should be such a hellish nightmare is totally beyond me.
I am an existing customer, whose account is fully paid up. How can it be that no one can answer a phone at Telkom - for FOUR days?
To even call this type of behaviour "bad service" is an insult to bad service. Please get your act together ASAP Telkom and answer your phones!
