Incorrect Billing

This is my second complaint about the same issue with MTN.
After bringing to their attention that I was billed the incorrect amount, I was promised they would correct it and call me the following day. This was a few weeks ago.
Since then they no longer respond to my sms's, or emails and it seems they will try ignore me until I stop fighting for my money.
This is shocking service and I am glad I've left their network.
