STILL INCORRECT BILLING

It is now the end of March and I am still being charge for a phone that was paid off in November 2012 and my package which you promised to migrate is still on the most expensive package a Talk 200 where I am billed roughly R4 a minute instead of R2 a minute as it is on the Talk 750.
I wonder how long it is going to take you to respond and fix this.
