MONTHS to resolve a "7-business-day" query

So, MTN bills me for R200 and R100 of airtime. Now, I have no problem with that, since I did migrate my contract. The problem is that two months down the line they still have it on their system that I am only a Top-Up 100 client and that the double-billing that had taken place was a "Pro-rata" fee.

This is where I flip my lid. Over R700 in total taken from my account for less than R300 in "value".

If this is not resolved and the proper amount is not paid into my account by the end of the week, I am more than willing to go to another service provider.

MTN, you have 72 Hours. I have given you over two months time. I am done.
