Incorrect Billing

My account was closed in October 2012.
I've had endless trouble trying to get Telkom to stop billing me, and finally decided pay an additional month just to avoid the pain of having deal the the Telkom call center.
To my surprise, Telkom has suddenly billed me another R30 out of the blue for Feb 2013...???

I am so sick and tired of pathetic Telkom mismanaged. In my history with Telkom I have had nothing but endless problems, and even after cancelling my account they are still billing me incorrectly.

It is extremely disappointing to see how Telkom is giving South Africa one of the worst telecommunication reputations in the world.
